I view just about everything through the lens of energy.

Yep! Becoming a Core Energy Coach and deeply engaging with the Energy Leadership Index Assessment will do that to ya! It impacts everything! Our energy colors the lens we use to see the world and in turn, our thoughts, feelings, reactions, inactions and results.

So when it comes to paying it forward, energy is there too.

And it’s not all rose-colored as the catchy phrase may make us think! Paying it forward takes energy and each of us are in a different spot on how much we’ve got these days. I invite you to give yourself some time to consider your own energy and when it comes to paying to forward, check what your energy is first!

When it comes to paying it forward, check your energy and act in alignment and appreciation of where you are uniquely at in this moment!
